Welcome Friend, I am Jessica Pendley Gibbs
I spend most of my days playing in my garden and homemaking in an old Farmhouse that has been in my family for 5 generations. I live with my hilarious husband, Chris, two very loud children (Haddie and Granger), 4 dogs (Birdie, Paisley, Moose & Tilly), a horse named Cowboy, and a cat named Lemon.
When I was old enough to pick up a photo album, I fell in love with photography. Not in the way that most people do…. I was obsessed with seeing the past and freezing it, and not with learning how to shoot a fancy camera and equipment. I did not have a real camera until I went to Photography School. All of my birthday and babysitting money was spent on disposable cameras and developing them at Walmart. You know girl paid extra for that one hour photo.
I was and still am amazed that you can freeze time for generations to see. It’s more important to me than ever, now that I have two children to show our family history to. After college hopping, I finally decided to forget having a “real” job and just go to Photography School instead. So, in 2011, I decided to go for it and Jessica Pendley Photography was born.

Jessica was recommended to us for our wedding by our videographer, Clayviation. We had Jessica do our engagement photos as well, about a year before our wedding! We were so obsessed with our engagement photos, that I knew she was going to capture our wedding perfectly.
Is there something better than perfect? If so, that's what our wedding photos are. Two months later and I am still in awe. She captured our day so beautifully. Nothing was missed and everything was perfect. We spoke prior to the day about what was important for us to have captured, and we were on the same page.
Jessica is funny, kind, and such a ray of light. I felt like she was one of the family when she captured our day and our photos reflect that. I want to frame every single one.
